About GoNow
Empowering individuals with free, accessible mental health screening tools based on scientifically-validated assessments.
Our Mission
At GoNow, we believe that everyone deserves access to mental health resources. Our mission is to provide free, easy-to-use screening tools that help individuals better understand their mental health and take the first step toward getting the support they need.
We focus on ADHD and related conditions because they often go undiagnosed in adults, leading to years of unnecessary struggle. By making validated screening tools freely available, we hope to help more people recognize their symptoms and seek professional evaluation.

All our screening tools are 100% free to use. No registration, no hidden fees, no premium features locked behind paywalls.
Educational Resources
Beyond assessments, we provide educational content to help you understand ADHD, its symptoms, and management strategies.
